Very glad that you considered Flash as an option and included Executioner into your masteries setup. Trust me, you will feel the difference that this thing makes :D

Still don't understand why would you prefer Morello's Evil Tome to Deathfire Grasp. I mean, Morello's is a great item, but the stats only slightly differentiate with that of DFG. On the other hand, DFG gives an insane good active ability for LeBlanc.
Basically every time, your opponent can be considered as if he was at 65-80% (depending on their MR) of current health instead of all 100%. This is crazily OP on LB in my opinion...

Finally, WoTA... Good to stack with teammates, did it a couple of times myself, but all alone on LB it's really kinda useless... Or more proper would be to say that you can have much better item for approximately same money. Talking Void Staff for example :)

Fk! Seems like the LeBlanc that they have is really bad..

Terrible masteries setup, terrible summoners, terrible presentation. You really have to work around the build and make it look more appealing.

Key reasoning points for the downvote:
1) Screwed up mastery trees. No Executioner , really? The whole point of maxing out offence tree is to get a point in it. Absolutely useless Transmutation . LeBlanc is not designed for the situation in which she needs spellvamp. Just isn't. For the same reasons, Will of the Ancients isn't any good on her.
One exclusion may be in case if you and your teammates stack Will. In this case it's freaking overpowered.

2) Exhaust and Ignite. No Flash? Too bad. You are going to be dead a lot, because you left yourself without an escape if Distortion is on CD. And you NEED to use it for maximizing damage.
Bad setup for LeBlanc, Flash is a must.

3) Not attractive at all. It was hard for me to read the build. Also, you might want to rearrange your chapters.

I am sorry, but this build doesn't seem good to me AND all the people whom I've seen using the similar item set-up weren't good LeBlanc's.

man gj in heath she is very easy to kill whit no health but bots to late and you rush items but gj

Why don't you have any masteries in Havoc?? 1.5% damage increase is huge on a nuker. Also I feel Executioner is great for guaranteeing a kill on LeBlanc. So many times have I unloaded my burst combo only to have them flash away with < 5% hp. Very frustrating when that happens.

I agree with maxing Distortion for farming, however I feel Ethereal Chains helps a lot more in 1v1 situations because of its damage output and increased duration of the slow.

Take 21 in offence and dont rush WotA if you want burst damage. Otherwise good explanations and very viable choices. +1
