There's no way this would work well enough. You don't build enough AD aside from the two late Bloodthirsters (aside from the mere 23 AD from Wriggle's). The AD from the runes isn't enough, either, especially considering you're sacrificing ArPen runes for them. And the worst part is you get shut down too easily by Exhaust, Ignite, or any Grievous Wounds from champs like Tristana and items like Executioner's Calling. Also, why do you have a point in Summoner's Resolve when you use Exhaust and Ghost?

Overall, I agree with the concept, because I love Life Steal and Spell Vamp also, but you need the damage behind your attacks in the first place. Sure, you'll stay alive longer, but until you get that AD, you won't be able to kill anyone.
