Im not gonna vote, since i don't wanna be a scumbag and downvote when i have an guide for Skarner aswell.. But i think you are playing Skaner wrong.
Good job on the guide, but i think you should remake the build. Hextech isn't an item for Skarner anymore.

Very good guide, the early regowth lest you gank befor the first recall which I find fantastic
Yeah. And it allows you to get the philo super quickly and waste almost no gold on potions as you'll only need the first one, if that.
