I understand where you're coming from. I think that the speed from mobility is important however for ROAMING talon, which is what this guide is about.

Boots of lucidity are needed on talon , and boots of mobility are ... A bit useless

I randomly clicked your guide and was impressed, the only thing I suggest are some tips about combos and ganking, good guide.
