Well that is a crazy idea you got there. Though I would think you would want more AP or AD instead of all that spell pen your getting. I guess your banking on your ult just destroying people.

SP works with item based affects such as Malady and Madred's Bloodrazor, but I don't see why you would want so much of it. If your focus is to ult on there ranged AD/AP carry; for a first quick kill in team fights. They probable won't have more then 70 MR anyways. You really only need this much SP if there team is really tank heavy and all have a ton of MR.

I can't tell if your trying to build an AP WW or Tanky WW. Either way it looks like it would somewhat hold up in team fights. I would swap some of that SP out for more DMG or DEF either would work. The new Ninja Tabi would be awesome in this build.

Well, the magic reduction I like because it allows his q to hit for its full damage on squishy champion thus healing you even more. Warwicks q allows him to hit up to 20 percent of their max health with no resistances so if you can get their magic resist down you can effectively do the most damage out of the madreds and your q and w combined. That combined with spirit visage makes him heal quite a bit from one spell and do a little burst. And allows for strong damage vs tanks also. Also, I like malady because it not only helps you but also help your mages to be able to burst people down. I like the idea of doing some consistent support damage with him that strengthens the team as a whole. You could change it out but then you are less likely to do as much damage overall.
As far as what type of warwick, it is a magic dps offtank. You could change boots out I guess if their team is mainly ad or has no magic resist at all. If they are all ad then just substitute the magic resist item out of the build at the end for another major armor item like frozen heart or sunfire cape. I like sorcerer's shoes because the spell penetration is instant for the q and maladay just adds to that with the magic resist reduction for longer fights. If you were to substitute malady be sure to add something that adds attack speed so that he still attacks quick to take advantage of madreds.
Thanks for the comment.
