I love snowball items on support characters because they get 25+ assists and never die (if you know what you're doing.) Moar snowball! XP Like, throw Leviathan on her. When the enemy team DOES target you, they won't do any damage because you'll heal it all before it punches through the reductions. It would go great with your defensive runes!

I'm going to add another item build later, probably tonight. It should be geared more toward a support role with items.

Ehm... Actually, your CDR is 40% when the Soulstealer isn't full. You've got 15% from boots, 15% from the Deathfire Grasp, and another 10% from masteries. That's 40% right there. So the CDR gain from 20 stacks of the Soulstealer is lost.

Anyway, I'm not sure why you've taken Meditation for Soraka. You should have enough mana pretty much all the time, because of Infuse, so putting the points into Good Hands and Swiftness instead is much better. Transmutation is also pretty meh, since you don't take any other sources of spellvamp and Soraka's damage output is likely to be fairly low for much of the game. I'd suggest taking Greed to help get your early items faster (since supports don't get minion kills) and maxing Awareness .
