Good guide! Just one thing; Bloodthirster doesn't give the most lifesteal, Blade of the Ruined King actually gives 15% which is the most on any single item in the game. I still agree that Bloodthirster is the best item for Wukong, but the BotRK might be a viable choice.

Hm. It may be working to just build him just on damage if you have another one on top who saves your butt from time to time, but if you're solo top - and in the games I play there usually is a jungler - you might be screwed with those items, masteries and runes due to no sustain early and mid game and a good solo-top player, especially if he's heavy AD, will rip you open, allowing himself to snowball.

Also, versus solo top players, you will need a ward right from the start, helping you not get your butt kicked by the enemy jungler. Means you won't have enough money for a blade, though it is a nice starting item.

Decoy doesn't always save you: First it has a pretty long cool-down, and second as the players become better, they will also get better at guessing where you might go. (Though you can sometimes troll players even then ;-) )

Then: If you are only building on damage it will only be good if you're team is already winning or your enemys are really stupid. As Wukong, you need to be right in the front line in a team fight. In team fights, playing him, I decoy, Nimbus+Q and then R right in the middle of the enemy team, delaying the response time of the enemyteam, hoping that they will focus me and noone else and allowing the real damage dealers (AP+AD) getting the kills. Good games will look kinda like this:

(Bad games like the one right over the good one :P)

You will most likely not get a lot of kills, unless you find someone unprotected somewhere, which happens from time to time; but you will be one of the main reasons the game is won. You can tank towers, and you open up opportunities.

So ... I'm thrilled giving you a +1 for all the effort, but to be honest, I just don't like this build. Therefore, I'll just stay neutral. :-)

Here's my LoLKing's Profile Your text to link here... Also,i think that 21/9/0 is Way Better than 21/0/9 i don't have too much mana problems as Wukong.

I agree with you on the masteries, currently I am working on them, since S3 is kinda "tanky wins"-ish.

Hey! Good build you have here!
I've played Wukong a lot myself, and tried many different builds. This is almost the same as I go with today, just different items order. I usually start rushing a brutalizer, getting boots and vampiric sceptre. With this start, you get pretty much everything.
Personaly, I do not like rushing a Trinity Force, its usually my fourth or fifth item. Having said that, I get like to Sheen pretty early.

Starting with Crushing blow might be better than nimbus strike too, it has more damage in level 1. Q - E - Q - W, then max E and Q is how I usually go. Much damage.

So yeah, with this, you get kind of a head start. But like I said, I usually build almost identical to this build, just in another purchase order. Upvoted, good job here! :)

Lol, sounds like I think I'm so pro here... -.-

I love this build. Tried all 3 and the normal is the best. I only changed at the end is an Ionic spark after i got everything else. you pretty much start killing the people faster then the ACD.

Really like the "early" trinity force but other then that its too squishy. I tried it in 5-6 games and from the moment the enemy notices you're quite squishy, u get burned down before u can even finish your ult. It might be a nice build in teams where u are not the main initiator, but thats allmost never the case. Anyway, VERY decent guide upvoted for the hard work :D
