I don't think you'll need gp5 runes since s3 makes it so that you rarely have to buy additional green wards. By the first Back you should have more than enough for sightstone and thats what you should be getting first before philo...since it'll actually net you more gold in the long run compared to waiting another few minutes and spending extra money on unnecessary wards

Somebody with a Taric guide voting my guide down. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT. Then this Cof1 Ted guy just made a user, went and voted down a ton of guides, and that was it. So sad. :(
