This guide worked fantastically for me. There's a problem with the masteries. you talk about getting executioner but dont actually get it.

I don't think choosing Revive and Smite is anywhere near wrong. Why? Simply because you're the failsafe of most games as Karthus. You prevent people from getting away, you deal massive damage to people trying to destroy turrets, and revive gets you back into the action. My main combo is Flash / smite if i ever go karth jungle, but this one is also viable, even with all the hate that's on Revive at the moment.

The only reason i don't + or - this guide is because it doesn't have a Void Staff. Insight marks aren't enough late game to deal the insane damage Karthus is renowned for. Keep in mind that about every good player will get some kind of MR item against him, perhaps even a Hex Blade to make sure they don't die.

I agree with you that Karthus is a beast and could jungle if he wanted to. At first I wasn't a huge fan of your guide but then I realized that compared to the top 5 guides on here you have like 100 more AP than them. I like your rune choices and items, keep it up!

Why would you want a 9 minute long CD summoner spell and not even trying to redcue its time by the help of the utlity tree?
And unfortunately I can only agree with the poster above. There is no synergy in an item which relies on NOT dying, and then having a summoner spell which relies on that, and having no summoner spell to prevent you from dying.
I might re upvote it later agin when some changes have been made, but so far it just is not a good guide.

revive + mejas soulstealer....als no escape summoner spell. and no effort to balance it out by getting rylais for example to have cc to be able to escape better....not a good build at all

The problem is that noone takes you seriusly and thus you get no pull on blue

This is a good jungle guide though I am uneasy with the Revive for a summoner spell.

Wow i followed this guide first time as jungle (only had karthus for 2 days) and i went 21/1/3 great guide i always thought karthus jungle was a troll build xD
