Well,
it's interesting to read, and although most of the informations seems to be obvious, I believe I learned a lot from it.
This game really needs more positive&communicating players.
I wish everyone read this (and mainly your Behavior guide) and act like it says.
If I could give you +10, I would do it without doubting. Thanks for your guide.

Nice. I have my own team and I dont know how to deal with their ego. It's hard to make a team if all of her members are solo-players :) I'll see if this guide will help me :)

An excellent guide on an absolutely vital, but often over-looked, aspect of all human interaction and interplay. The content was thoughtful, showed a deep understanding of human nature, and made good use of in-game lingo and examples of interaction. The spelling and grammar were often lacking (most likely due to the author not being a native English speaker), but for a fluent English speaker it was no obstacle whatsoever.

I fully agree with your viewpoints. Morale is a strong and very important aspect of League of Legends. We have all tried games, where our morale got so low, that is heavily affected our performances.

This guide just puts that into edible content.

I love those consideration concerning people behavior and psychology :D. I'm not likely to be the best player during games, but if ever i'm in good position to lead, i now feel rather confident in doing so. Plus I always hated this bad ambiance most of LoL games... Now i can fight to improve things =)
