You guys are totally right. I forgot caitlyn, and this was right after the patch came out. I didn't see a lot of him, but he was seen as powerful because no one knew how to counter him.

I think he's doing AD ranged carries. Noc isn't one of those.

i dont see varus as a god tier. i also find corki to be a god tier AD carry too.
