That is only true for subjective situations. This is a champion, suited to carry out a role; there is no "I like mana, therefore the item is good" sort of thing.
I havent read the whole guide, but your reasoning behind which items to buy is distorted.
Also consider adding a 'combos' section for different situations

i actualy found quite some things i disagree with, so i will tell you about each of them in this review. first of all, i dont get your runes. since you are jungling, jungling runes like AD and AS or even MS are much more viable. for your item build, you get a philo stone, but dont make a point to upgrade it into a shurelya's or something. you get all these AP items, but to tell the truth, you should be playing sejuani more like a support jungler and not a main dmg output jungler. ppl dont jungle with sejuani for the dmg. they jungle her for the utility she gives. for masteries, i dont understand why you dont get a point in the smite mastery. though you may claim the gold addition is nothing, the 2 MR is even worse tbh. think overall, you should work on your guide layout. for runes, many more alternatives should be added, especially since your preferred ones arent very viable for junglers. i also see many more alternative items to be added. a picture of the jungle route will be appreciated. something about counterjungling should also be added. because of the number of disagreements i find in this guide, i will not grant it an upvote. make some changes, and PM me for a re-review if you care for and upvote. if you impress me enough, a scout point will be granted. if you disagree with something i said in the review, PM me about that, and i will discuss the situation with you.

i really like your guild but personally i think you can not earn that much gold and you dont really need that W.A. hp and that is just all .nice guide overall :)
You will probably not be able to buy all items in every single game, but I put in all items in case of someone who reaches very lategame and who has a lot of money. I chose warmog's because of the insane tankyness and the high DPS increase on my W. Thanks for voting and commenting!
