- Meta does NOt mean it is the best teamcomposition you can have, it is the teamcomposition people THINK it is the best until some streamer/player comes up with a new idea that is crushing the current META. If you force people into this "META"-system, the game will never evolve, of course, ranked is something where you should not test, but if you tested a lot in normal games, you can go this way in ranked.
- Also: You want people to counterjungle the enemy. Nice in theory, but do you really want to counterjungle with (for example) amumu?

Why?

Imo you don't understand support role. It's not about babysitting your carry. Support is providing utility, by protecting teammates, give them aura, do damage, use cc. Support is not a Shielder/Healer like you say. It's a champ who provide utility to team and do at least a bit of damage or be really annoying.

You seem to say ward is only for support. That explain mostly why you're under elo 1200. Ward is for everyone. Whoever you are when you back a bit of your spare gold must be used to buy ward. Don't care if you need that IE or that rabaddon. You can't get cs or kill if you're dead.

And Elo Hell does not exist. If you're in Elo Hell after more than 30 games it's because you have the level to be here. So stop QQing about elo hell and think about how you can improve.

Well the problem is not even in the champion you wanna play but in the ppl. Two stories:

1) Few days ago I have played ranked duo que with my brother. We play mostly bot lane. I with Caitlyn and he supports me with Alistar (btw pretty strong combo). I was second pick, my bro last. But they picked Alistar and my bro cant play other supp (he just love the big cow), but what now? So he picked Garen (its his main champ) with CV and went just aura support. Our team started to flame few secs after that pick and bla bla bla, we report you, you know how this works. The game started and we pwned them bot. They had Graves and Soraka if I remember correctly. We won in the end and 2 of those guys (those flaming, the last one was just okay) made their apologizes.

2) Yesterday I met 3 of my friends and we wanted to play something special so we picked 4 tanks (the last guy was not premade with us and didnt wanted to play with tank). It was just fun game. He took Nidalee and was shouting at us for first 1,5 minute until we picked first blood while we invaded their blue. We lost in the end, cause that Nidalee gave up and we missed any teamplay (throwing like 6 CCs in one second at one target is just wrong). But it was GG. We lost after 40 minutes with 10 cca kills below them (+/- 30/40 the final score).

Another case are trolls, who just want to **** up others game, but if you just want to try something, I dont see a point in blaming/flaming there...

I didn't know META was an acronym. I thought it came from the greek word "meta" that means "after".
Anyway, interesting guide. Personally, i don't really like this obsession with blindly following the meta. Normal game, i want to play on-hit TF and i get flamed. I want to play AP Ezreal, i get flamed. I want to play support Morgana, instead of saying "thanks for playing support and carrying the carry", i get flamed.

Its good. It can be longer, with some more info, with some pictures etc, but the basic idea is just okay for the purpose it should have.

However I would like to notice few things:

1) You should add the note that the ELO is visible for other players if its higher than 1250.

2) 1200+ ELO - "...our team will most likely be good. They will not troll or do anything bad for the team." I wish it work like this, sadly thats not true. Some day you met awesome guys and day later you met morons...

3) ELO Hell exists. I was there, my "best" rating was 1080 and get out of there was hard like hell. But I made it and now im pretty succesfuly climbing up. Im 1299 now and working on to be even better.

4) Be positive, say gj to someone who just survived while scoring kill, dont blame for score 0/2 (omg noob mid feeder), this doesnt help. Ppl who deserves to get out of ELO hell knows this, ppl who should stay there blame all the time.

5) Duo top is bad for several obvious reasons.
