that sounds like a great idea. actually I never thought of that its a great proc on his moves. Yeah I'll either make a new build for it when i do try and ill add it in the OTHER items that can be replaced. Thanks~

yeah the grammar part, I'll fix after a while I just made it today. Kinda of new into making builds.
i agree with that its just options i added if anyone would like to use
the option is great I've done it, but in this build I feel like the extra movement, crit chance, and atk speed is phenomenal. You can stun many times and in a 1v1 situation against another carry. I'd rather want the 2PDs.

But if they are stacking armor. I wouldn't recommend the double PD's , But We need at least ONE~

For skill picking I feel rather comfortable with E 1st because the bonus armor and the damage it deals and you run faster and just focus that specific person. ( before minions spawn)

In the 1v1 situation in level 1 I basic attack then charge in with E but press E again once i have a good position and if ive tagged the person. and keep attacking him and getting 1st blood. Depending on my support ofc.

But if nothing happens. E-W-Q. Get all skills available.

Level 2 i like to harass with Kennen with E-W. and his marks. Thats y i dont get Q.

ALSO. THIS IS AD. and his E does more damage once tagged than Q. Im not trying to build AP. but AD with variation
