This guide is well laid out. At the same time I have to say that your build is bad.

Sword of the Occult is taking the spot of an item that could in the long and short make Trynd even more scary such as double Phantoms or a second Bloodthirster. Boots of mobility....That is an absolute waste honestly if you're chasing someone you need to stop think I am squishy bad idea. If you're running away you have invulnerably a gap closer with no mana cost and a heal. Why not take berserkers or Merc treads?

also pls note that everything you ask for is explained in my guide XD in the event where you would decide NOT to buy infinity edge, then it is valid to get 2 phantom dancer, selling any boots you have and buying one more bloodthirster

arsteel - pointless if you only do PVP and i explained that earlier up. You are the only pointless thing here so far.

untimelydoom i agree that on the boots end berserk boots ends up serving better end game but early up, that mobility allow you to secure buffs and going between each lane MUCH faster allowing to be the first on solo bots, getting those far away towers being submerged by enemies minions and going much faster to the enemy base when you just recalled and teleport is on CD. I will update the item part to provide this explanation in the guide tho tks for your comment.

as for sword of the oocult it's 100 AD ( like bloodthirster ) and 15% mov speed bonus which serves to do what i explained above and 2 phantom dancer gives wasted stats ( part of the crit chance is totally wasted and you loose too much dmg in the end )

thanks to the other psoters i will update it to reflect the cahnges you all suggested

It's pretty good for PvE, where you just run around and smack bots.
