Diana is a fast jungler early game. With her W ability in the jungle u don't need any life steal nor spell vamp. At lvl 6 her ganks become really deadly due to her ult dash. Imo u play her either mid or jungle and she's a viable jungler.

diana is a bad jungler imo... You simply cant support the build needed with out a lot of ganks.
