I think karthus builds in general are at the epicenter of troll voting. I'm giving you +1 but I have some issues with the guide that you should address.

1- Make a more expanded Lane Matchup section and move "karthus hates fizz" and "karthus hates vlad" from cons to that lengthier and more expanded section.

2- Seal of warding and Glyph of force... Nothing is totally wrong, but in my opinion he benefits more from more MR in mid lane, therefore I run Glyph of warding and seal of force.

3- Flash over ghost. I'm fairly sternly against this, ghost isn't instant and thats what makes it so much better. It allows you to keep people in your AoE, and dodge skillshots more easily. It is mostly a preference though, which is why I'm going to leave it at that.

4- You say in your guide that you take Mental Force for some essential AP. Lets make no mistake 4AP wont make any difference. you might do 2 more damage with your Q. I'd suggest Butcher because you'll do 4 more damage with your auto's allowing you to farm without Q-ing so much. It only takes 2 points as well, so you could add in more attack damage or perhaps leave Mental Force at just 2AP.
