No offense taken, first the masteries.
Tought skin is one of the best masteries, you can find the calculations on google.
Vigor is great for lane sustain, combined with Vorpal Blade makes you hard to push out of lane.
Evasion - Against strong AOE combos, like morgana, sona malphite combo.
Siege commander is only decent, not a must get. There are better choices,.
Good hands is only decent like siege commander.
Expanded Mind, it's 10 extra energy, it's pretty decent.

You could easily pick 9 points in offense instead of 9 in utility.

No offense, but thornmail is far from viable as a standard build item, especially that early. Shen needs items such as an early phage built later into a Frozen Mallet, and a Wit's End. I recommend you try these options out before writing a guide recommending a rather poor build.

Can i ask you what is wrong with my masteries? Also, why is annoying to read? No offense... I am just trying to make my guide better, that's why I ask.

Not very good items, annoying to read, bad masteries, decent runes.
You need to put a lot more work into it before publishing it

I play shen a bit, solo top mostly. Your build is the classic tank build but i would get heart of gold as fast as you can instead of shield. Then build it in to randuin's omen. The slow and your taunt goes well together. Over all i think your build is great!
I also saw when you said some soloing tips.
One of mine is when fighting a ranged solo top or some one with great poke ability i would max out your shield first.
