Like the juking section and quite balanced mastery. However when I play Kha'zix, I always hesitate to build Bloodthirster. I know it's good, but it simply doesn't heal kha'zix when I cast skills, that is so frustrating.

This is an assassin build, not a bruiser. Even for an assassin, it's not glass cannon if you have Merc Treads, Randuins and another slot for a situational item.
