Great job, but I'll make a few suggestions :)
You don't need Cloth Armor against Warwick. He actually deals more magic than physical damage because all his harass/sustain comes from Hungering Strike, which deals magic damage. Instead, just go with boots and 3 pots and if you really have trouble against any laner, ask for a gank.
You can also add philosopher's stone as another gp10 if you really want to gear towards the mid-late game and sustain yourself in lane. Two gp10 are more cost efficient than 2 or three Doran's Blade in my opinion. Only get gp10s if you can get them before 13 minutes, or else they take too long to pay off.
I agree with the 'dealing more magic dmg than physical dmg', but...I play WW a lot, and even though I play him with mpen and madred/wit's etc(magic damage dealing items), most of my dmg comes from 1v1 close encounters where i'll just press W and AA, so early game most of the dmg will be AD. I recommend starting with cloth 5 pots not for the armor, but for the 5 pots(i mentioned earlier he has more sustain than you do).
As for the philo stone...yeah...I sometimes build it...but I don't really like /10s on Irelia that much...she is a way too good farmer...I build heart of gold for the HP...it depends on each situation...but yeah, I guess it's worth saying something about it.:D ty for the feedback.
