If you do an early Bloodthirster indeed you will be powerfull but very vulnerable, but if you invest in an early Frozen Mallet, not only that you will deal damage but you will be more safe and you would win trades. Riven counters Jax however, if you take a Bloodthirster first, you will have really little health and you he will deny all your farm and kills.
I don't find Maw of Malmortius an item that you must always have. By the way, solve the thing in the item section, the icon of Maw of Malmortius can't be seen. You must take this item if you have problem against MD. If you don't have that kind of problems, then it is pretty useless...
Me myself, don't find Wriggle's Lantern a necessary item for jungle Riven since she has a good clearing speed. I reccomend you buy a Vampiric Scepter and leave it there until you want to build a Bloodthirster...
+1, but I will come to check what new things you have done and my vote will change in that way. And, sorry I made you wait a lot but I couldn't find time to check it since school kills me.
Generally, Exhaust is more situational than Ignite, since Riven is primarily an AD caster, Ignite adds significant damage for when your cooldowns are down and gives you a lot more kill potential. Exhaust will generally stop the few characters in the top lane that rely on attack speed, such as On-hit Teemo or Tryndamere. Although, even against them I might take Ignite, so it really is a situational circumstance.
Lastly, make the title of your guide more creative. There is a reason I'm the first comment in the two days your guide has been released. Your title fulfills neither of two things that generally make people click it. It's not interesting, catchy, etc to interest readers into making them click your guide, and/or it doesn't tell you primarily what the guide is about. For instance, the guide named "Riven solotop guide" is unbearably generic, but atleast is specific in what the guide is about. Note that this is more an example of the bare minimum rather than something to inspire a name for your guide.
Anyway, I would suggest changing Lethality and giving your guide a new title. I'm open to discussion on the subject of Exhaust/ Ignite. I'll be sure to give you an upvote once you've made a few changes.
