This is good but I'm a little skeptical.

I mean this would be really good if this was a solo-top tank Taric, and not a bot lane support. I mean bot lane supports rarely get anywhere near enough gold to buy items like Warmog's Armor, especially that early in the game, especially considering the lack of gold per 10 items, and gold runes. If you were solotop you would have farm to compensate this, so this build just couldn't possibly apply bot lane.

Aside from these gripes there's some really good formatting. Oh, and Taric is not that mana dependant. It means you're spamming his abilities too much. Taking Clarity is just a shameful waste unless you're a severely mana hungry AP carry, or say Cho'Gath support.

Solo top taric with this build is actually an idea I didn't think of, I will test it out soon and see if it is viable, if it is I might make it a build, and shout you out for the idea if you desire

I understand everyone's issues about the gold generating items and runes, however personally it is not that important to myself, I tend to generate enough gold per game to get warmogs at level 8-10, however the building items such as giants belt can temporarily provide you a substitute for the item you are building and as soon as you start building that item, your early game squishyness is resolved. If you are finding your mana to not be an issue there are alternative choices instead of it in the summoner spells section

Build is great, works very fine from the moment you get the Warmog's Armor. But yes, the Clarity is not that necessary, due to the fact that Taric doesn't use his abilities much with this build.
Actually, there is one problem: he is pretty squishy and slow at the early levels, and his healing doesn't really help. So wouldn't it be viable to replace the Clarity with something like heal or Barrier, to help at the early levels?

really i don't like, i told you why

Taric need quint for gold/10 sec or movement speed he lack in this.

I don't think he need clarity just you got the passive that give per hit mana.

All mastery focused on defense mmm think its error you need to support need cool down to heal and assist lane partner.

Heal runes mmm really pref armor and seal marks just its your play style.

That just what i think

Focus more not in tanking in assist that's your job with taric. You got armor from you crystal shield.
taric just lack in magic resist

I got 100 armor at level 5 with mark and seal armor. crystal shield level 3

Thats my points.

I didn't tried it out yet.
But while reading I got this thought
Where do you take all the money?
Are you a bank-robber?
No Gold per sec Items, runes or masteries.
