Very nice guide, though I feel it definitely needs some work and more in-depth "guiding" as to why you play
There are a few grammar and spelling mistakes, which isn't a huge deal for me when reading a guide, but may make it difficult for other people to read it. Figured I'd mention that.
I know you've just published this guide recently, so you should consider, over the coming days/weeks, adding more content to make the guide a truly great one. Your build, masteries and runes look good. And I like how you provided three alternative builds later on in the guide. You should think about adding chapters regarding, masteries, runes, and your skill leveling sequence, explaining why you chose the masteries and runes that you did, and explaining why you level up Sivir's skills in the order that you do.
Some of that may seem unnecessary because it's "obvious," but for those who don't play AD carry and want to try Sivir, it's important to help them understand the best way to set themselves up for success as a new AD carry-player.
You should also consider adding content regarding lane phase. I know you mentioned farming, and you posted a link to a pro AD-carry stream, which is great, but you also should go more in-depth about warding, counter-jungling, playing aggressively or passively (depending on what AD champ you're facing in lane), and helping the team in the early game meta to ensure a victory.
Just my thoughts, but other than that, I like it :) You did a great job, but you're not done yet!
