@Squirtle ah I feel pretty dumb, I was under the impression that Liandry's Torment would apply to his toxic shot as well. Hmmm, well i guess it would still work well with the build since i normally blind first, but I see what you mean. Thank you for your comment I'll go try Deathfire Grasp and see how well it plays.

Interesting items. Although I'd like to argue that Liandry's Torment is more useful in your build for the flat magic penetration than the unique passive because you can't proc it unless you blind or they land on your shroom. If that's the case than a Deathfire Grasp for 100 more gold will benefit more since it nukes for more, is immediate, allows you to penetrate for more, and gives a whopping 100 AP.
