But people remember this is a tier list, it gives an idea on what champions are usually good. I like to use

Even your description of the different tiers is almost the same as the description there. If you agree so much with RoG, its ok, but at least mention in your guide your reasoning behind some of your ranking choices instead of forcing ppl to read the comments for explanation.
Also, you said that you hate squishies on TT. Ez and Vayne are both super duper squishy but yet they are in Rank 3 above all the other carries. Vayne is such a late game champion and requires a huge amount of farm in order to shine. Her condemn is undoubtedly good thanks to the amount of walls on TT, but yet again if you want CC, almost all the AP carries in Rank 4 can provide you more reliable CC as well as much greater damage. And for Ez, if you want to poke with his long ranked spells, then the AP carries, and even Urgot can poke harder too, and Urgot is naturally quite tanky too. Why isnt MF in the same tier as them, enclosed space and a
i used the rank discription from the RoG-site, while i think thats are really good discriptions (hits the nail on the head). Thats true, i hate squishies but some champs like ezreal or vayne are very good with the right team. They are viable :) i didn't play all champs on the treelines, thats why i trust sam and his tierlist by some champs. when i make my list only with my experience, some good guyes going under. when i have time,i repost my explanation chapter for every rank with all champs.
i want give my tier list a personal touch (some more) i make a "bigfatcow-update" the next days :)

I think it's a fair list, Please move Cho'Gath up though, he is so incredibly over powered in this map it's not even funny, tons of sustain, plenty of tank, and 500-1000 true damage (depending on how fed you get) is a no brainer vs the other tier 1 tankies.

cho is my main and he's really op, but the problem is his weak early.In some cases he can't get kills for his over 9000 mode. i think he's the god of rank 2 :)

Im a fan from the bruiser meta :) i think the only way to pick a AP/AP carry, is to counter hard a other enemy champion (outranging etc.) i hate squishies on TT.
My final opinion AP/AD carries are only counterpicks.

Not a bad list but needs lots of work. The list needs some major revision imo and I would be willing to help you out there. I did not see Cho on the list anywhere. I would recommend him at least lvl 2 if not lvl 1. Honestly i would have him as the ap bruiser king in your "Four Horseman set-up." the new items benefit him quite a bit. Some of your buildes still have Guardian Angel and that has been removed as well as Madreds Bloodrazor. A couple suggestions for champs that I would move up: Fiddle, GALIO, Teemo, Zilean, Amumu, Poppy, Pantheon, Annie. Champs i recommend you move down: Evelynn, Ahri, Heimer, Nocturne. There were a few more but i didn't want to seem overly contructive. Still an up vote for me. Keep working and it'll come together, good luck.
