Iceborn gautnlet.. why? Honestly there isn't much of a point in getting this item. For the most part you won't be relying on your auto attacks, because Ryze has such short cooldown spells, so you'll be busy using your skills instead of auto attacking. Another thing to consider is that the sheen from the iceborn gauntlet scales off your AD, which will be nothing really. I don't think I would ever even consider buying this, just stick to the frozen heart instead of the frozen fist. The frozen heart is more cost effective, makes you more tanky, offers an aura, and gives you more cooldown reduction than the Iceborn gautnlet.

Ryze does gain MS from his ulti, yes. But he also gains Spell Vamp, but you need the extra passive MS from Quints to be able to run faster than the enemies, because Ryze get's squished fast if he gets CC'ed.

But, listen: Iceborn rly isnt a Item for Ryze, replace it with Frozen Heart.
I never do AA's with Ryze, in mid/late cuz u have so much cd + dat Passive.

P.s.: Never buy Spell vamp on Ryze, go for Spell Vamp Quintessnce's! Trust me, its much better than MS (cuz u get MS from your ulti)

I'm aware of you have to spam Q all the time, I just showed two ways, how to AoE and single target, I'm not saying you only use Q once, I'm just showing the start up

I hope you know that you can activated R after Q or E and you will still get the bonus AoE and spell vamp.

You know what your runes were like before you changed them. Firstly scaling mana runes are garbage, secondly mana runes aren't even that great, thirdly don't use magic pen blues and ****ing spell vamp quints. Yellows and blues MUST be armor and MR.

Correct build order should be Tear -> RoA (you want this early) -> either Manamune or Archangels then tanky all the way. Or Tear -> RoA -> tanky first then upgrade Tear. Ryze still gains damage without damage items, from his Tear and RoA.

Your current build order of Archangels first -> late RoA means you are very squishy and especially vulnerable to huge burst, especially magic damage because you have something like zero MR.

And your runes are complete garbage.

Both the glacial shrouds leads to two different items, and neither of them has same Unique passive etc.

My bad, I meant double glacial shroud. In any case your item build is wrong. Double tear is never good because you can only get your second tear after the first is fully charged. Archangel first followed by RoA is obviously wrong.

As I said in another post, I was considering changing runes to flat mana.
And the double tear is godlike, because: Once you get the first tear of the goddess into Archangel's Staff, you start building Rod of Ages, and by the time rod of ages has been purchased, Archangel's staff will have upgraded itself, so that you don't have ANY Tear of the Goddess anymore, that's why you buy manamune for another Tear of the goddess. So once both Manamune + Archangel is upgraded you get 2k mana.
And I don't believe I see x2 Spellblade anywhere.
