Ignite isn't good on supports. You shouldn't get any kills if your carry can get one. Ignite is for your ADC, mid or top. If the target is to escape, better take Exhaust anyways, it slows and reduces the target's overall effectiveness to respond to your attacks. You could maybe pick this on Leona, since she can stunlock the opponent for huge amount of time, but usually you'll want Exhaust. If your ADC is exhausted, while their ADC is not exhausted, your ADC will have a lot of trouble chasing or killing his target
You were right, was kinda of stupid to talk about Twin Shadows without talking about kage's lucky pick.
Wanted to reply sooner, but I had to modify the guide before. Thanks for pointing me out those problems.
You don't say anything about Runic Bulwark or kage's lucky pick which are both pretty important.
I'd recommend archiving and then unarchving when most of it is done.
