Ignite isn't good on supports. You shouldn't get any kills if your carry can get one. is for your ADC, mid or top. If the target is to escape, better take anyways, it slows and reduces the target's overall effectiveness to respond to your attacks. You could maybe pick this on , since she can stunlock the opponent for huge amount of time, but usually you'll want . If your ADC is exhausted, while their ADC is not exhausted, your ADC will have a lot of trouble chasing or killing his target

I'd recommend archiving and then unarchving when most of it is done.
