there are some nice things like the good use of coding but it's INCOMPLETE
archive and add first of all these 2:
1)a deatiled item section, why you pick each item
2)a detailed gameplay section
then add more advanced chapters.

otherwise you'll keep getting downvoted.

My problem with the guide is not that it is incomplete, but that you contradict yourself (first you say Ashe is strong early, then you say she isn't). You also have a section only on items which are not good on ashe but no section on items that are good.

It's basically a cheat sheet and you don't really explain how to play the champion. The contents aren't too bad but it's frowned upon to publish a guide that isn't adequately complete. Simply archive and republish later when you're done; a complete guide helps people more than something that is still significantly WIP.

Generally you want the guide to be complete to a degree where somebody new to League of Legends will get an idea of how to play the champion properly after reading it.
