mid is often AP... and you got no defensive masteries or MR glyphs... only magic res you get is from abyssal scepter and it aint enough for like 90% of AP mids....

In my opinion you do not need the CDR glyphs , instead I would replace them with Greater Glyph of Magic Resist This makes Brand a little more tanky during laning phase.

But ye, overall a great guide, I would like to see a bit more of BB Coding and colours tho :P Also include pictures, your first picture was pretty cool and if you had something like that in every section your guide would look pretty good. :)

I think it's good up till now, but you may want to use some coding and structure to make it look nice and more pleasant to read then walls of text ^^

Probably should add some like images for runes and masteries, but it's your first guide so it's all swell, so i will give you a up vote because i think you have done well for your first guide and good luck :D
