Well.. Yeah another noob team formed by some random kid of the internet. Let me tell you about my experience as captain of my new formed team.
It was 6 months back that I had a team formed by friends that I knew in real life. We were all inspired by professional teams like: CLG, TSM, M5, TPA etc, wishing and hoping to make a living from our passion '' Gaming ''.
I had the most hard time as team captain. Making schedules, telling people their mistakes from my perspective, making wrong calls and decisions and many more. It was a great way to learn how to be a good captain, I'm still hoping to do the right as a leader. We stomped Diamonds/platinums at ESL and ranked when things go as planned, but those were the days that the sun was shining bright for us, but there were days that it was not only raining, lightning strucked us too and our old team got disbanded due the flames on each other. Everytime we play we would get so upset cause of the fails we made. It was probally all my fault, cause I couldn't handle the fact my team couldn't do more, so they left 1 by 1 and I was so mad at myself. I never though we would leave everything behind, we worked so hard for it.
After 3 months playing soloQ with a great friend of mine '' Mootj3 ''. I wanted to live the past again. My dream is to reach LCS/worldchampionship, but my goal is to make a living out of it, I want to live in this fairytale until the end of time. I love it to guide my team to victory, I love it to face fierce competitors again, That's why I'm now team-captain/leader of Instcintz gaming. We want to go to the LCS, we want to make a living out of gaming even if it's a small amount of money. I will guide my team to victory.
We are ready for the tourment on August 4th, Ranked games everyweek, ESL ladder rankings, but most of all we're going to have a hell of a time together playing/loving what we do.
All I can say now is..
That I'm still a little kid with dreams.
