okay so liandries torment falls under the item section. I mention that there are times when you want to use other items. :) go ahead, some items are better in other game situations. Liandrie's provides more health and flat magic penetration so I understand its use and it makes perfect sense. I will say though, it is dependent on how much mr the other team has. Not much mr, not much need for EVEN MORE magic pen. That being said, I will try it in some of my own games and give it a few test runs.

Any opinions on getting rylai's+ liandries instead of abyssal? Been trying it out a couple games and it seems to really help shred tanks late game

Warning: This is my opinion, I am simply saying this helps me more, so you may or may not get the same results as I do.

I love this guide, although two things I do differently are that I buy 5 Mana Potions in the beginning instead of 5 Health Potions and I end up buying Boots of Mobility instead of Sorcerer's Shoes.

The reason I buy Mana Potions in the beginning of the game is because Fiddle is a champion who heals himself through the use of spells, so having Health Potions isn't exactly necessary. I understand that you leash blue in the beginning and you won't need Mana Potions either, but I always like to hit level 6 before I gank because Fiddle's ult is perfect for the job. By the time you get to level 4 or 5 your blue would have worn off and you wouldn't be level 6 yet and the only way to keep farming is if you have Mana Potions to allow you to keep using your drain.

As for the Boots of Mobility, I prefer them because it allows me to go in between monster locations a lot quicker getting the jungling job done as soon as possible and once the jungling job is done it allows me to speed my way between lanes to hop in for ganks. For example, pretend you are on blue side, you would be at the bottom of the map killing golems then someone starts to get pushed top. The Boots of Mobility allow you to race of there and help as soon as possible.

I have played Fiddles jungle many times, and I start with blue every time. That being said, Drain offers more than enough sustain so that I have rarely ever needed health pots in the beginning, and if you follow the guide well enough, you shouldn't really need them.

Fiddlesticks is an easy champion to counter jungle for someone with a lot of burst or damage like shaco or Kha'zix who are known for lying in wait at red camp, but you really shouldn't have problems with the more tanky champs like Maplhite or Sejuani who can't do enough damage to make a dent in your sustain. So I have personally taken to buying a hunter's machette and two sight wards or a vision ward to throw down on the red camp. If you want to play safe, don't use your third level up on your drain until you know red is safe. If there's any danger, get your fear and make a break for it until your lanes show up for help.

I would also recommend buying pinks for dragon yourself, so that you can get it with ease and take some of the pressure off of bot/mid lane.

Good luck!
