Works, allthough really weak early game - as you mention. Btw its "outshone" not "outshined".

About the RED EYE-BURNING TEXT there is few i can do about it. I used it to show you shouldn't get those summoner spells. It doesn't hurt my eyes at all oO. But if you are so troubled with it i can try to change it. Hope i can revert your vote some day.
