Irelia dashes forward to strike her target for 20 / 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 (+1 per Attack Damage) physical damage. This applies on-hit effects. If it kills the target, Bladesurge's cooldown refreshes and refunds 35 Mana.

An great chasing ability which allows you to restore mana and reduce your cooldown as you kill an enemy.

It should be noted that this ability also resets the swing timer. This means that if you attack and Q immediately afterwards, you will attack again, hitting your opponent *3 times*; once with your normal swing + hiten style active, once with bladesurge (100% AD + 140) + hiten style, and again with another normal swing + hiten style active.

This gives you some massive burst. With a Bloodthirster (fully stacked) & Trinity Force (these two are a very good combo by the way), ~900 damage with this combo. Pretty good burst to scare off an opponent.
