Akshan locks onto a champion and begins overcharging his gun for up to 2.5 seconds, storing up to 5 / 6 / 7 bullets.

Recast: Akshan unleashes the stored bullets, each dealing at least 20 / 25 / 30 (+0.1 per attack damage) physical damage to the first enemy or structure hit, increased up to 0−300% physical damage depending on missing health.
