Unleashes a protective cloud of metal shards to surround an ally or himself, increasing their armor and magic resistance by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 and dealing 24 / 38 / 52 / 66 / 80 (+20% of ability power) damage per second to enemies in the cloud for 6 seconds.

great for charging into a whole load of minions and champions since its an AoE also other CC champs will be taking constant damage but less effective on ranged but works well if you get close
