Nunu throws a ball of ice at an enemy unit, dealing 85 / 130 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+100% of ability power) magic damage and slowing their movement speed by 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 % and attack speed by 25% for 3 seconds.

Probably one of the most annoying harassing skills in the game. It has a relatively low mana cost and it can definitely help push a lane or catch that fleeing enemy. By the time the slow wears off from the Ice Blast you'll be able to cast it again keeping them in Nunu Hell. You can save teammates with this by shooting it at their pursuer etc.

Most Nunus don't take advantage of this skill early on and miss great opportunities to control the lane or even get some kills.
