Yorick deals 55 / 85 / 115 / 145 / 175 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage) magic damage and heals for 40% of the damage dealt. A Ravenous Ghoul is summoned behind his target, which heals Yorick for 100% of the damage it deals against champions, and 50% of the damage it deals against minions.

With Orianna, the source of magic damage is the ball, so spell vamp does no good. With Yorick, I imagine that the initial burst still counts Yorick as the source, then the zombie has his own source effect. Stacking Spell vamp in this case would be useless from what I can understand.
