Taric slams the ground dealing 150 / 250 / 350 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies. For the next 10 seconds, Taric gains 30 / 50 / 70 attack damage and ability power and receives an aura that grants nearby allies half the bonuses.

Upon activation of the skill, the bonus attack damage and ability power is immediately applied. Because of the casting animation and the slight delay to damage, the bonus ability power will increase the damage.

This 'passively' increases the base damage by 21/35/49, for a total damage of 171/285/399 base damage.
