Zilean slows an enemy champion's movement speed or increases an allied champion's movement speed by 55% for 2.5 / 3.25 / 4 / 4.75 / 5.5 seconds.

I use this on Zilean to get a quick start out of the base after death.
Use Rewind to reduce the cooldown(if needed: example: enemy near base) just right to get the mana-return of the spawn pit to minamalize the effects of this.
