EDIT: I am currently running 15 ad (ad marks and quints) 40 hp (5 hp seals) and (4 armor seals, 9 armor glyphs)10 armor on my main page. My page with mr (for backup) is 9xflat armor seals, 9x flat magic resist glyphs, 9x ad reds and 3x ad quints

For the purpose of bottom lane, I stand by my armor yellows, but you may see something weird out of me like 3 flat health seals. The reasoning for this is you get the best of both worlds in effective hp and damage with this combination (at least in my opinion). Consider that I am mainly concerned with mid to late game while also being potent early game. There are a lot of people calculating level one values when saying Health Seals will be better on AD Carries (which is true up to 1000 hp) and the extra hp is also useful against magic and flat true damage. The thing is, flat resistance scales harder into mid game which is when it's most important. So to recap, only tanks get MR per level and everyone gains HP per level and Armor per level. One of the reasons I run MR per level is because of this and the fact that all champions start with 30 BASE MR. SO running 3 flat mr blues and the rest scaling (especially after the scaling mr runes buff) will be highly favorable.

In my opinion, flat hp on ad carries is kind of like fake resistance to me. It doesn't scale into late game. At 1000 hp, armor seals are better than flat health seals. If someone buys bork against you, you now die 2x as quick. Anyone running an ad/armor pen page will absolutely WRECK a Health Seals Start. This counts for junglers, ad carries and top laners. If you go with health seals and get a GA, maybe at that point they would be slightly better than armor seals, but with percentage health in the game anyway, I don't think I would want that anyway. At most I see me running 3 flat health seals or so. This evens out almost perfectly because you get very similar armor amounts to before and more hp (as compared to live patch 4.4 as it is right now).

This is going to be one of those things that shapes the meta. I expect 3 health seals to be decent on ad carries, but I wouldn't want to give up the rest of my armor for more flat hp.
So my page for season 4 is likely going to be:

4 flat ad marks
5 armor pen marks
3 flat ad quints
3 flat health seals
6 flat armor seals
3 flat mr glyphs
6 scaling mr glyphs

Anyone that is skeptical of this page should take into account how strong you would be at lvl 11 with a bt. I can only say, rock it before you knock it. While it can be a bit harder to lane early (presumably against mixed damage and an hp seals lifesteal quints ad carry), but you hit harder, scale harder into mid and late game with your armor pen and also scale harder into mid and late with your resistance setup.

I highly recommend having 2 pages set up for AD Carry.

Your semi-standard page (for when you have a tough early game), will probably be

9 flat ad marks
1 flat ad quint
2 lifesteal quints
9 flat health seals
9 flat magic resist blues

This page is geared towards early game laning and securing the right to farm.

If you ever have a sustain support, are playing a lane bully, or simply want to do a lvl 2 all in, I recommend using my armor pen page.

Thanks for Reading.
