Hello,

Just to add to another blog because I have lots that I wish to talk about as per always. So essentially people are starting to complain about the snowball changes to League of Legends and every year, you have people scared that League of Legends is going to go to ****. Here's the thing. Many and many of people wanted to change the game so it wasn't so long and it's true. The games were lasting a very long time on an average basis. The games were lasting 34 minute just because wave clearing and pushing towers were that hard. It wasn't a basis of skill at all. It was "I have a champion which can stop you from pushing but we know we aren't good enough to win and you guys are constantly snowballing."

What RIOT has done is "we're going to take of these nuances which slow you down" and that's really it. So straight up the changes to League means if you probably lose lane hard and allow the enemy match up to do what he wishes to your team, yea you are probably going to lose and you know what, that's YOUR FAULT.

Simply if you have someone that is also doing well, then it's about who is going to be able to be more useful in the bad situation so that's where we are. Don't do bad in lane and be as useful as you can because if you do bad, you will ultimately lose the game for your team and it's annoying for everyone else but it's their job to be better than their opponent to give them an edge after the laning phase. If people complain that "it's all within the laning phase" that's true it is. If it wasn't, then what's the point of a laning phase? Just to farm? That doesn't sound like a skill based thing to me. You can do play just to farm and then get to the teamfight phase but you can't make any real contribution to the game.

Therefore it's pretty simple. If someone does well in the lane phase, he should be rewarded for doing well whilst the enemy team be penalized for it. The problem is the players doing well feel they have been given a player where they are doomed to play with, giving them a disadvantage which could be affected via by match making.

Without information to back this up unfortunately, I feel the problem is to do more with the issue with match making and it's faith within the community. It sometimes feels that you have been match with someone you could never play well against and because they are overally better than you and therefore more likely better than your team, he is going to be able to outplay the team. This seems to happen a lot to me however I can't confirm this information though will try to in the future using rankup.

So if the problem is the enemy having a profound ability to snowball because of the way he beat lane, I would firstly like to find out if it's to do with the match making because if it is, then the meta which is coming, is going to favour a system where players are out right better than who they are playing with and therefore lose the laning phase which would then allow one to win the game as they may be better than the enemy team already and the advantage allows them to leverage of their skill over his enemies team.

I think this might be a big issue from RIOT Games and something they need to get sorted.
