This build requires you to at least have the basics of Anivia mastered!

Before you engage with the enemy remember to check their Summoner Spells it will help you to know when to stop and run.

You would want to take mid and try to last hit the creeps as many times as possible, harassing the opposing enemy will help get the first kill. When the enemy is low on health and you are too this is when you want to try and make him/her attack you, always position your self so your at close range with the enemy melee Creep, when you see that the enemy is moving forward use Flash Frost right away make sure the frost goes past him a bit to damage then activate it to stun and do more damage, when you feel that the enemy is going to get out of range from your Flash Frost you activated it near him, this when when you approach using frostbite following Exhaust and Ignite, if done at the right time you will have your first kill. By now you might be low health but don't worry about recalling to gain your hp back you want to farm the creep until you have enough for needlessly large rod, just make sure your on the defensive and try to stay as far back until you feel comfortable enough to engage in another fight, but it you don't you can always recall.

Feel Free to change the order of which I have given you to you needs.

You can get the wall earlier but This is what works for me and im just hear to share it with you.

If you require more Hp replace on of the Arch Angels for a Rylai's Crystal Scepter and if you need more Magic Pent get a Void Staff, but please note that getting Lich Bane will increase your killing capabilities by alot since you will be getting at least 600 AP depending on what items you get.

You would want to start off with Doran ring since because the health and Mana Regen will help alot during the beginning phase of my strategy and build.
