Hey Summoners This is my first Mobafire Guide but l use this build all the time for veigar l own everyone seriously ANTI-EVERYONE!!!

Summary

This Build is OP!!! But even though this site says that viegar could only get 783 ap at 18 its not really telling the truth because its forgotten his passive so u could reach 1k ap if u farm with ur q :) trust me u'll own anyone most of the time if there going "MR" then its harder but u well hurt them alot still. But ENJOY!!! being OP!!

Summoner Spells

l recommend u to get flash for escape/gank etc, and teleport for laning and to help others when ur OP or whatever u know and its way faster than walking around, good for escape too.

Farming

use your q for last hit u well increase ur ap permanently and last hiting champions with ur q well give u 5 ap permanently also. Your W spell is great for farming REALLLY GOOD u can kill any creep with one w spell most of the time not blue buff/red buff, baron, dragon but yeah great for farming
