NOTES:
-On the second build, I honestly don't really know what to put as the last items. Most games end shortly after I get Bloodthirster, so it's all preference. You could grab that Warmogs for some health, or go straight damage. Depending on the team, you may want a thornmail or some armor.
-If going up against heavy AP teams, switch out the Brutalizer for a Hexdrinker.
-Boots are obviously situational: switch out Ninja Tabi for Merc Treads if you're going up against a lot of CC, and boots of Swiftness if you need better chase/escape - I usually grab swiftness boots with the Trinity Force for stupid good chase. Often times you having a slightly better movement speed can be just enough to land you Q and dash to them
-Exchange the points in your W for points in your E if you don't need to be as tanky
-If the game is going well, get a Trinity Force instead of Brutalizer, then go straight to BF into a Blood Thirster
-If on the off chance that you don't start the game at level 18, you can still win.
