Intro
the build i have here is good for soloing and will also work great in team fights.
Also this is my first full length build hope you enjoy it!
I use a combination of tankie runes and AD runes.
Greater Mark of Strength x 9
I get these to up my early game damage.
Greater Seal of Resilience x 9
Early game defense is always good but if you want you can get Greater Seal of Defense instead for late game.
Greater Glyph of Shielding x 9
I get these for the end game but if you want you can go 9x Greater Glyph of Warding for laning phase instead.
Greater Quint of Strength x 3
Same as marks great of early game damage.
Greater Mark of Strength x 9
I get these to up my early game damage.
Greater Seal of Resilience x 9
Early game defense is always good but if you want you can get Greater Seal of Defense instead for late game.

I get these for the end game but if you want you can go 9x Greater Glyph of Warding for laning phase instead.

[*] When attacking a tower summon your ghouls if yea can they can also attack the turret and help you knock it down faster.
[*] Omen of Famine can be used as often as it is up to keep you health maxed.
[*] Omen of Pestilence can be used to block incoming skillshots.
[*] Omen of Death can become more reliable if you cast it right before allies die, but it is less powerful.
[*] During Omen of Death, both the Revenant and Reanimated champion count as a summon toward Unholy Covenant's bonus.
[*] Omen of Famine can be used as often as it is up to keep you health maxed.
[*] Omen of Pestilence can be used to block incoming skillshots.
[*] Omen of Death can become more reliable if you cast it right before allies die, but it is less powerful.
[*] During Omen of Death, both the Revenant and Reanimated champion count as a summon toward Unholy Covenant's bonus.
When playing as Yorick in team fights it is best to put your Omen of Death on the team's carry as they do the most damage and this will help alot. Also make sure you use it before or right when the battle starts cause it isn't as powerful when used on someone with less health.
In a fight where its 2v2 and you have someone with you that can stun make use of this can get close Yorick does more damage with all his ghouls out and takes less damage so take advantage of this.
On team fights (5v5) it is best for yorick to stay back until the tank starts up with a stun and the rest of the team goes in. this is when you should use your Omen of Death on the AD carry preferably a melee one if one is available. then proceed with Omen of Pestilence to slow down all enemy champs. after that throw on your Omen of War and get in the fight and smack some people around. once that is done throw in your Omen of Famine to start up some health regen. If all goes well rinse and repeat.
In a fight where its 2v2 and you have someone with you that can stun make use of this can get close Yorick does more damage with all his ghouls out and takes less damage so take advantage of this.

For my laning phase at start all i have is my Omen of Famine which i use to harass my enemy's. the second i get lvl 2 i get Omen of Pestilence. which if i have someone with good stuns like Taric i have them stun and i go in with W then follow up with E. A thing to remember is to get up into the fight and get some reg attacks in sense your reg attack damage is increase with each ghoul you have on the field.
Omen of War
Best used on champs for either keeping them close or as a way to escape a gank when you see it coming. On escaping make sure you hit the single camp your fighting of a minion near by to activate it or else you will just be running away normal speed with a ghoul inside of you.

Yorick's next attack will deal 30/60/90/120/150 (+) physical damage and summon a Spectral Ghoul for up to 5 seconds.
The Spectral Ghoul deals 8/16/24/32/40 additional damage per hit and moves 15/20/25/30/35% faster. While the ghoul is active, Yorick moves 15/20/25/30/35% faster as well.

Omen of Pestilence
Great in team fights and pretty much any fight you get yourself into. slows your enemy down and keeps them slow for as long as the ghoul is up. another good way to use this ghoul is on turrets sense its the only one that can be summoned without having to hit or target someone or thing else because it to will attack the turret dealing damage and raising the damage that you do for having him out.

Yorick summons a Decaying Ghoul that arrives with a violent explosion, dealing 60/95/130/165/200 (+) magic damage and slowing nearby enemies by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds. While the Decaying Ghoul remains alive, nearby enemies continue to be slowed by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% for up to 5 seconds.

Omen of Famine
One of the best ghouls to spam. keeps your health up and keeps enemy champs at bay dealing with it when it decides to run after them. nice thing is doesnt cost alot of mana and helps build up stacks on your manamune.

Yorick deals 55/85/115/145/175 (+) magic damage and heals for up to 50% of the damage dealt. A Ravenous Ghoul is summoned behind his target, which heals Yorick for the damage it deals and lasts up to 5 seconds.

Omen of Death
Best for ganking, turret stomping, and team fights. for ganking i recommend using it on yourself or another melee type with higher AD. Turret stomping is self explanatory if by yourself throw it on yourself to boost your AD and have another "ghoul" to help stomp the turret down. Team fights i explained above in the Team Work section but i will reiterate, use it at the start of the fight on a melee AD carry if one is available. or during the fight if you forgot to use it right away on yourself to keep you up if yea die so you can get a few extra hits in or on another player who is low on health. Note: using it in a middle of a fight will lessen the amount of potential damage the enemy team will take because you will do less damage per hit and you Omen of Death will not get to smack as many enemy champs around.

Yorick's takes 5% reduced damage and his basic attacks deal 5% more damage for each summon that is active. Meanwhile, Yorick's ghouls have 35% of Yorick's Attack Damage and Health.
