Items

I start with boots of speed 2 health potions and 1 mana potion. I build Boots of speed into berserker's graves.
I then grab The Brutalizer, i build that quickly into a Youmuss's Ghostblade.
After get a Zeal for move speed.
After you get zeal get bilgewater cutlass for life steal and AD.
Build you Zeal into a Trinity Force.
The grab a Hextech Gunblade.
Afterwards you can grab a B.F sword or go straight for The Black Cleaver.
After Cleaver Grab your BloodThrister.

I don't know how to get the match history in since it's my first time making a build, but i have gone 27 kills/ 5 deaths/ 14 assist. 1/1/4(ended too early)

Summoner Spells

Clairvoyance- for your ultimate, and ganking or showing your allies if their going to get ganked.
If your team has a Twisted Fate take Ignite instead.
Flash- Great for escaping or catching up with your enemy.
