You can carry hard with this build. Never over extend and you will go positive. Your whole role is to mop up. Follow these steps and you will be able to dominate your game.

1. Wait for your team to fully engage.
2. Find your target. You need to attack the biggest threat on the enemy team.
3. Strike. Talon can ult and jump in and silence your target so they cannot get away. If the get a flash off, then your flash comes into play. Your ult will hit everyone. When you jump your target try to stay behind them, as your ult will pull the blades back into them. Pop all your abilities and if you can, use ignite to finish them rather than using extra time fighting.
4. Escape. This is why ignite is useful. You aren't wasting as much time attacking and that time is used for escaping and getting away before the rest of their team notices you. If they CC you, you are at extreme risk.
5. Pick off the left overs. With the biggest threat gone from the enemy team and you've escaped from them, hit them again and pick them off one at a time. With CD runes, you ult has a ridiculously low CD and you can do the same move again and again.

NOTE: Don't EVER over extend with Talon (though you should never over extend with anyone ever it's especially true with Talon). I've seen Talon's time and time again where they are leading the charge into a team fight and they get shut down immediately.
