ITEMS
TEEMO + MADRED + ATTACK SPEED = 10% of victim HP by 1 s.
Boots: U can use bersekres or sorcerer. as u want.
I use berserker for best AS on the start.
Wit's End: I wish u know that teemo has a poison. It looks nice whe he puts a poison and add wit's end passive on the victim. It look like:

40 <-wits end

1 hit by 6 lvl teemo with wits end => 154
it is so low ^^, so u have to buy:
Madreds:
B.Graves (15%) + Wit's End (40%) + Madred(40%) + Teemo's passive (40%)
You comes from nowhere and have 135% AS ~> 2.0/s
in one second u do: 2 hits with: 3% of victim HP, about 150 main dmg, about 45 poison dmg, 40 wits end passive dmg.
Frozen mallet. very usefull with every teemo. u wanna kill? u have to slow. it looks like slow in every hit while fighting.+ur movement speed ;)
I know they wont run away (ofc i dont think about flashes etc)
WARMOG?? WTF?
U do big dmg but u r a paper. u need some hp.
buy warmog and stack it fast. U kill a minon in 2 hit so it will be fast.
and the last:
HEXTECH?
ofc lifesteal ;)
and! spellvamp - i dont think about mushrooms ~.~
i think about poison+wit's end pas+madred pas
lifesteal + spell vamp ll give u hp while fighting = BIG amount of HP!
SUMMARY
2.5AS + big magic dmg without AP(madred+wits+poison) + hp + slow (frozen m + act pass hextech+ulti) + movement speed + hp reg(lifesteal + spellvamp) + blind (Qspell)
