Talon is single target nemezis ,on 3 lvl i can kill with him heimer on mid ,karthus and somthing more is very simple if you have Armor Penetration Runes and some dmg . Rotate skills? heh more simple but remember if you fail combo with talon you must back , u must kill enemy with burst ;]

First max RAKE becouse do nice dmg and slows enemy ,next add one point to CUTTHROAT after add point to NOXIAN DIPLOMACY this works same like SHEN but this is powerful when you make my build ^^ normal crit with this build is 1200 with shen 1700- more or lower its base on enemy armor but with this build you have TONS OF A.R.P ;]

This build is for players who know how to play with talon ,like i said he is single targed nemezis ;] My burst combo is this 1.Rake or Cutthroat [what you want] next Noxian Diplomancy and ignite on 3 lvl when you on mid or bot u can make first blood or next blodd;] if someone kill first then you. when you have 6 lvl an ulti this is like dream XD for me actualy 1.Tusinator style [you need to by fast activate ultimate next cutthroat on enemy you will teleported behind enemy and all dagers will hurt him after this noxian diplomancy but remember you need shen and brutalizer when use noxian diplomancy+shen dmg loook nice ;OO after finish this combo use ignite and run ^^ on me its works 83% succes but i always buy wards [ALWAYS] becouse this little thing save your live ;] thank you for reading post your guide or somthing to share with LOL players GOOD LUCK AND HAVE NICE KILLSS Tusinator.
