UNIQUE Passive: Homeguard: Whenever you are at fountain, you instantly gain full health and mana, and gain a 200% movement speed boost that decays over 8 seconds. The bonus movement speed is lost upon entering combat. The effect cannot activate while in combat. Can be applied to any tier 2 boot.

if all of team has that. they will defence nexus easily. game won't be finished...

I'm buying it just for fun.It's pretty easy to def with them,but they are useless at all other.
